Pictures can only be sent to a pet owner while the booking is currently ongoing. Please check the status of the booking in question - it should state "booking in progress" for you to send a picture.
You should aim to send at least 1 picture per day to the pet owner to give them peace of mind knowing that their beloved pet is doing well and in loving hands. If the booking is ongoing but you are still unable to send a picture, do contact us and our Customer Support team will be happy to further assist you.
