Regardless of how you communicate, make sure that every pet owner who books with you does so by paying through the Pawshake website or app. This ensures that the booking is covered by The Pawshake Guarantee in case of accident or illness.
If a pet sitting arrangement is made offline and paid for in cash, this poses a huge risk to yourself, the pet owner and the guest pet. For this reason, we do not allow phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, external websites or any other contact method to be displayed in your profile description. Any profile that displays this information will be unpublished until the contact information is removed.
