If you're seeing a note on your dashboard that your profile is "unpublished", there can be multiple reasons.
Please add info@pawshake.com to your address book to make sure that any emails we send you regarding your profile are delivered to your inbox (and don't end up in your spam filter).
If you've just registered
Your profile will be evaluated by our Success Team and it will be approved and published once the team is satisfied that it is a great profile. This may take up to a few days because it is done by real people (not a robot) who check many hundreds of profile every day. Please watch your email inbox for updates and check out this article.
If you've been on Pawshake for a while
If you've updated your profile and made an addition that was not according to our quality standards, your profile may have gotten unpublished. Please check your inbox and/or spam filter for a message from us. Please note that even when unpublished, you can communicate with pet owners you are already in touch with.
If you've been inactive for a while and especially if you have some unanswered messages from pet owners, your profile may have been unpublished. If you'd like to be republished, get in touch.
Profiles can also be unpublished because of an ongoing investigation following a complaint. In that case, we will have sent you an email as well.
Once you have updated your profile
We ask you for your patience. We promise to look at your profile as quickly as possible. If it's urgent because a pet owner is waiting to make a booking with you, please contact us.
