Every user on Pawshake is required to complete a verification of their mobile phone number for security reasons, whether they want to contact a sitter or become one. We will send you a 4-digit code, which you need to enter on the website or app.
It can sometimes happen that the SMS code does not arrive. This can either be due to the network provider (Vodafone causes especially many issues in this respect), or because the text message with the code went into a spamfilter, which some smartphones have.
If you haven't received a code within 5 minutes of requesting it, or have even requested multiple and not received any, please contact our Customer Support team. We are happy to help you get verified as quickly as possible.
