Status "Contact Phase"
If your required dates have changed since you sent the enquiry, you can reflect that change by clicking on "Change dates". The sitter will be notified of that change, and you can click on "Book now" to complete the booking by paying online.
Status "Confirmed"
Changing dates of a confirmed booking is currently not possible. If you would like to add additional dates to the beginning or end of your booking, it's easiest to just make a second booking. If you need to change both the beginning and the end date, or just eliminate some days, please contact our customer support. We will cancel the booking for you and you'll get a full refund. You can then make a new booking for the new dates. Read more about it here.
