If you haven't received the amount for a booking within 7 business days after the end of the booking, there are multiple scenarios as to why.
1) You haven't given us your payment details or entered the wrong ones
Check whether you have entered your IBAN and BIC correctly on your dashboard. If you've entered it belatedly, you will get paid out automatically for any completed bookings within 3-4 days. If you had entered the wrong account number, please contact us.
2) There has been an error on our end
If your account number has been entered correctly, but you're still missing a payment, please contact us. We will pay you out and investigate what caused the delay.
