Out of all the new pet owners who have contacted you over the past 12 months, this figure is the percentage of owners who have successfully made a booking with you for the first time.
Successful means that the status of the booking is either ‘Completed’, ‘Pending payment’, or ‘Paid to sitter’.
Please note that bookings at the ‘Confirmed’ stage are not included in this percentage and will only be automatically included once the booking has been successfully completed. Repeat clients are not taken into account for this figure.
- Regularly update your calendar to accurately reflect when you are available and unavailable.
- Accept bookings that you are comfortable with.
- Create an attractive profile, and write a description that is as detailed as possible (including your services, preferences, availability, etc.). Not only does this attract more pet owners, but it also ensures that those who contact you are a good fit!
- Respond quickly to all enquiries and bookings, preferably within 30 minutes.
