If your required dates have changed since you made your booking, we would be happy to update the booking for you.
Please discuss the change with your pet sitter first - preferably via your booking chat on the Pawshake platform, so their consent to the new dates is on record.
If the total number of required days stays the same
Just let us know what the new start date and end date is, and we will update the booking
If you now need fewer days
We will update the booking and send you a refund for the days you didn't require. Please note that the sitter's chosen cancellation policy applies, so whether you get a full or a partial refund depends on their policy and on when you informed us (or the sitter) of the change.
Refunds are not possible once the booking has already started. If you have come home from your holiday a day early, for instance, we can only give you a refund for that day if your sitter has consented to that in writing (e.g. in your booking chat).
If you now need more days
If you need a longer booking, please book the additional days separately, as we are not able to extend an existing booking, only change or shorten it.
