We ask all sitters to keep the pet parents posted about how their pet is doing during their absence, except if agreed otherwise. The best way of doing this is by sending a daily update on Pawshake.
There are two ways of doing this:
1) Via the Pawshake mobile app: Post the picture in your message thread with the pet owner.
2) Via the Pawshake website: Post the picture in the booking overview, which you can find on your dashboard.
You will need to tag the pet in question in this picture. The tag is only available to you during the booking period, so you can't send photo updates before or after the official booking.
The pet owner will be very pleased to see how their pet is doing and the updates will appear on your profile in the category "Furry clients" once the booking is over, so your future guests know what to expect. Make sure you’re sending great photos!
They will also appear in the pet's profile so the pet owner can view them again any time.
