Out of your successful bookings over the past 12 months, this figure is the percentage of pet owners who have left you a review for the first booking they made with you.
Please note that successful means that the status of the booking is either ‘Completed’, ‘Pending payment’, or ‘Paid to sitter’. If you have received multiple reviews from the same pet owner due to repeat bookings, this will be counted as 1 review.
- Focus on providing a 5 star service - communicate openly, be responsive, ask questions during the meet and greet so you will know exactly what is expected, and send daily updates (pictures and even videos are great)!
- Safety is important, so be sure to follow the pet owner's instructions. If you are not sure - ask.
- Happy pet = Happy owner! Thoughtful sitters who go above and beyond usually get the most reviews. Both you and the pet owner love pets dearly, so show that genuine love and care in your actions and the owner will be able to sense that and be happy.
