Status "Contact Phase"
If your required dates have changed since you sent the enquiry, you can reflect that change by clicking on "Change dates". The sitter will be notified of that change, and you can click on "Book now" to complete the booking by paying online. Changing the dates is currently only possible on the website, but the feature will soon come to the app as well.
Status "Booking confirmed"
Changing dates of a confirmed booking is currently not possible. If you have already paid and confirmed the booking, please contact our customer support. We will cancel the booking for you and you'll get a full refund. You can then make a new booking for the new dates. Read more about it here.
