If you haven't received the amount for a booking within 7 business days after the end of the booking, please check whether you have entered your IBAN and BIC correctly on your dashboard. If you've entered it belatedly, you will get paid out automatically for any completed bookings within 2-3 days. If you had entered the wrong address, please contact us.
