Yes, you can. However, please keep in mind that cancelling a booking is a terrible inconvenience for the pet parent, who were counting on you when making plans. If a cancellation can't be avoided e.g. due to ill health or a family emergency, we kindly ask you to help the pet parent find an alternative.
At present, you can’t cancel or change a reservation yourself, but we want to make this possible in the future.
In the meantime, if you want or need to cancel a reservation, please inform your pet owner and send a message to our customer service. Please mention the reason for the cancellation as well as the reference number of the booking. We will cancel it and give the pet parent a refund.
