Pet owners can send pet sitters an enquiry for dog walking services on days that are non-consecutive without creating a separate booking for each day. This is great if you would like to have your dog to be exercised every alternate day, or need a recurring weekly walk. Here’s how to do so:
- Visit your sitter’s profile and click on the ‘contact’ button.
- Choose the ‘Dog walking’ service and select the dates that you would like your dog to be walked.
- Press ‘Send’, and your enquiry will be sent to your sitter, who will respond to you within 24 hours.
- Once your sitter has approved, finalise the booking by clicking on ‘Book now’ and making a payment.
Please note that this is currently only available for dog walking enquiries via the website, and that you are only able to select up to a maximum of 10 dates within a 30-day period after the first date you selected. Over time, we will continue to roll out and refine this feature for other services and direct bookings (‘Book now’ button on the sitter profile) as well.
How will my sitter get paid for this?
If all goes well and the contact is converted into a confirmed booking, all the dates selected will be treated as 1 booking. Your sitter will be paid out within 7 days after the last selected date of the booking.
How can I cancel or change a part of my non-consecutive booking?
We’re happy to handle that for you! Simply contact us and our Customer Support team will adjust or cancel your booking as required.
