This is the average amount of time you, the sitter, took to respond to the all enquiries and bookings over the past 12 months. You should aim to keep this number as low as possible.
Please note that although this number only takes into account your initial response sent to the pet owner, we strongly encourage our sitters to respond as quickly as possible to all messages to give pet owners a great experience.
